Funeral Service practitioners are selling a valuable service, but nothing positive happens until a relationship is established. In "Lunch & Learn" we explore an invaluable tool that helps build relationships and, is cost effective. We will examine principles of information exchange that are less threatening and allow people to confront topics related to funerals and death in an atmosphere of mutual support.
Hours of Continuing Education Credit: 3
Applicants will have 3 attempts to pass a 10 question multiple choice quiz by achieving a minimum score of 70. The Student will have 7 days to complete the course and pass the test. At the end of that period, the applicant will be automatically removed from enrollment. The applicant will need to create an account and provide their funeral director's license number so that continuing education credits may be reported to the Tennessee Board of Funeral Directors and Embalmers.
